With its expertly woven golden threads, each step you take unfolds a tale of grand adventure while a fine ship glides along stunning sceneries of towns and bridges. 

Hailing from the Ming Dynasty, the Mamian Qun 马面裙 is the quintessential skirt of this era and features large front and back panels to showcase brilliant brocades, and trapezoidal pleats on the sides to create a flattering A-line shape - without the need for a petticoat! 

Pair with any Ming Dynasty top for a stunning 18th century ensemble, or pair with any favorite modern outfit! These skirts are versatile and go great with a variety of pieces.

SIZING INFORMATION

Note that Chinese sizes are smaller than US sizes. To avoid wrong sizings, please refer to the sizing chart in the photos. Please measure in centimeters.

 

CLEANING INFORMATION

Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu. For ironing, please use lowest heat setting or steam out the wrinkles.
