Product Info

A cylindrical cap; it has a higher back and lower front.

Originally asoldiers' headscarf that later developed into a head covering cap in the Han Dynasty and adopted into widespread use. Later developed into the pingshangze 平上幘 (flat top cap), which had a flatter top decorated with a bamboo slip. These hats continued to be worn by military officials.
