Intricate brocaded designs of various sea creatures combined with the iconic regal Mamian Qun, come together beautifully to create a one of a kind skirt! 

Made for those with a love of oceanic animal - look closer to find eight unique emblems full of whale sharks, orcas, dolphins, turtles, and more!

Ultra dense weaving techniques add dimension, more color, and golden texture to this otherwise classic garment. Choose from various ocean inspired colors to best suit your style. 

The Mamian Qun 马面裙 or "horse face skirt" was the quintessential skirt of the Ming Dynasty. Worn by women of all classes throughout all seasons.

Wear with a variety of 16th century tops or alternatively, pair with your favorite modern sweaters for an office-ready outfit.

 

Regular sized skirts have a 55 day construction period.

Customized skirts will have a 75 day construction period.

Please fill out provided fields with your bust, waist, hip, inseam, outseam, height, and weight. Follow the guide below to measure accordingly.

SIZING INFORMATION

Note that Chinese sizes are smaller than US sizes. To avoid wrong sizings, please refer to the sizing chart in the photos. Please measure in centimeters.

 

CLEANING INFORMATION

Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu. For ironing, please use lowest heat setting or steam out the wrinkles.
