Product Info
The Shui Tan Yi 水田衣 (paddy fields pattern) was a popular trend from the Late Ming Dynasty, consisting of geometric square patterns resembling - yep, paddy fields. These prints typically came in the forms of vests and this one in particular is full of little cranes and clouds!
Square collar design allows for either standing collar or crossed collar garments to peek through, this a versatile piece that can be paired with any short top! Buttons are Zimukou 子母扣, traditional buttons from the Ming Dynasty along a contrasting maroon red trim.
A shining satin effect adds luxury and opulence, while the double-lining adds comfort and warmth. While this style of hanfu is sadly unappreciated, we hope this beautiful vest can convince you to bring back paddy field patterns!
This item has a 14 day construction period.
Materials: 100% polyester brocade, high density weaving for detailed patterns
