Like something out of an ancient scroll, the Qingluan Baoping 青鸾宝瓶 Azure Phoenix Set is full of frilly layers, dramatic sleeves, and tassle trim fit for a goddess.

Inspired by WeiJin & Northern Southern Dynasty court dress, this set is made in a stunning muted color palette that allows all the trims and ornate details to shine! 

For the upper layers, start with the base Daxiushan 大袖襦 (large sleeve shirt) with extra long sleeves. The cuffs are embroidered with golden mandalas and made to look like two shirts in one by clever overlapping panels. Pair with the adorable Banxiu 半袖 (half sleeve top) with even more golden designs along the collar and shoulders. This empire waist style top was extremely popular through the four dynasties, and adds a gorgeous layering piece that can be worn as-is or layered over other tops! 

If you'd like a little extra razzle dazzle, add the ornate upper accessory that can be tied around the waist or bust depending on your mood. This accessory features heavy-duty embroidery, turquoise beads, and extra long ribbons that add the perfect amount of ethereal drama. 

Put on the layered Poqun 破裙 ("broken" skirt) which gets its name from the many panels used to make up one skirt. This double-layered skirt has gorgeous golden tassels all around that add movement to every step and spin! Highlighted by even more embroidery all the way around.

CLEANING INFORMATION

Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a flat surface or hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu.

For polyester pieces, please steam out wrinkles.
