Inspired by the 17th century, with a 1940s twist! The beloved Majia 马甲 (rider's vest) and Mamianqun 马面裙 (horse face skirt) is updated with a cool gray office-friendly fabric, the skirt has been modified with an elastic waist and zipper to ensure all day comfort. 

The upper and lower portion can be worn together or separately,  offering countless styling options. The short vest features a parallel panel collar, creating a flattering deep V-neck that is perfect for layering! At the center sits a traditional flat-style metallic Zimukou 子母扣 (mother & child clasp).

Top can be buttoned to the skirt, inspired by the pleating of the Mamianqun 马面裙. The fabric is lighter than your typical Mamian 马面, offering better flow similar to 1940s swing skirts. Comfortable and flexible elastic waist combined with a subtle zipper, perfect for getting ready in a rush!
