Product Info
A truly underrated layering piece from the Song Dynasty, the Hewei 合围 was a pleated skirt used as an apron.
Characterized by its inability to overlap on itself, it was popular for women to use the large gap to highlight inner pants or skirts. This opening can be placed on the front, back, or even side of the body!
Available in ash gray or mustard yellow, each skirt features adorable Song-style pearl blossoms. They look like polka dots from afar, but up close you can see the intricacy of each motif.
Made with a light tencel feeling fabric, the many pleats can add visual interest to any outfit. Layer over your favorite trousers and skirts, modern or traditional!
This item has a 7 day construction period.
Material: Pear Blossom Fabric - 100% polyester, imitation cotton
