Inspired by Wei Tuan'er, a renowned and favorite courtier of Empress Wu Zetian, this hanfu boasts historically accurate construction, floral patterns, and colors. Made of luxurious mulberry silk, it offers a breathable and delicate feel.

Feel like a true royal with the finest silks in this ethereal four piece set including:

  • Lilac Duijin Shan (parallel collar shirt) - 100% mulberry silk
  • Ivory Qixiong Ruqun (chest high skirt) - 100% mulberry silk 
  • Pibo Shawl - 100% mulberry silk
  • Slip Dress - 100% silk

The Qixiong Ruqun 齐胸襦裙/齊胸襦裙 is a standard outfit of the Tang Dynasty (618–907 A.D.). This set is in the High Tang style (713－766) where you see much wider sleeves and a bigger circumference of the chest high skirt, creating a much more relaxed and flowing silhouette. The High Tang is famous for these breezy styles and are designed to be complimentary for full-figured bodies, the ideal body type of the Tang.

CLEANING INFORMATION

Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu. For ironing, please use lowest heat setting or steam out the wrinkles.
