Restored directly from historical artifacts and artwork, the Yunyou 云游 Wandering Clouds features some of the mystical fashions of the underrated Eastern Han Dynasty!

Start with the inner Yaolan Ru 腰襕襦, available in celadon green with little cherry blossom branches jacquarded into the design. Contrast trim along the cuffs and collar add a pop of color when layered with other tops.

Yaolan 腰襕 are a characteristic wide bottom hem of early dynasty tops. Found commonly from Han to WeiJin style outfits. Style tucked into the skirt or over the skirt for a more comfortable look.

Add the ruffled Banbi 半臂 (half sleeve top) which features tiny dragon print throughout; traditional symbols of royalty, luck, and power. Of course the ruffled hem on the sleeves are the star of the show! Available in white or emerald green, both with crimson red contrast trim. 

Add the Poqun 破裙, or "broken skirt" which isn't actually broken! It refers to the many strips of fabric pieced together to create the signature striped patterns.

The Poqun in this set features 9 different panels and a contrasting ruffled hem. Available in antique white with blue trim, or jujube red with blue trim. Ruffled hems are a hallmark of Eastern Han fashions. Tiny geometric designs dotted throughout the jacquard.

Designed to be floor grazing, so don't be afraid if it's much longer on your body! Enjoy the extra drama of picking up your skirt like you're running through a palace in a period drama.

SIZING INFORMATION

Note that Chinese sizes are smaller than US sizes. To avoid wrong sizings, please refer to the sizing chart in the photos. Please measure in centimeters.

CLEANING INFORMATION

Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu. For ironing, please use lowest heat setting or steam out the wrinkles.
