Prepare for the new year (and winter chills) with the Yanhuo Nian Nian 烟火年年 Modernized Ming Dynasty Buzi Coat and matching Mamian Skirt!

Robust reds and sparkling gold accents make this set perfect for celebrations and statement outfits.

Made from 100% sheep's wool, not only is it warm, the deep red is a lucky color in Chinese culture. This Fangling Chang Ao 方领长袄 (square collar long jacket) is perfect for showcasing standing collar garments! Comes with a soft white vegan fur collar.

The chest displays a golden buzi 補子 (traditional court rank symbol) adorned with brocaded dragons, mirrored in the cuffs. Wide cuff designs add contrast and proportions to the oversized silhouette of the coat. These golden brocades are full of flying dragons accompanied by plum blossoms and auspicious clouds.

Complimenting the coat is the famous Mamian Qun 马面裙 (horse face skirt), beautifully crafted with golden brocade plum blossoms, intricate patterns, and a ferocious dragon. Mamian skirts are versatile and universally flattering skirts; the trapezoidal side pleats create a gorgeous soft A-line shape.
