Product Info

This historically inspired set features a common outfit from the Southern Song:

The waist-high skirt called BaiDie Qun 百迭裙 translates as "hundred pleated skirt" and was the most popular style of skirt during 12th century China.

Skirt also comes in an embroidered mamian 马面 style with floral embroidery.

Paired with a buttoned and embroidered tank top garment called ZhuYao 主腰. Although it's technically an undergarment, it was common to expose this inner layer.

Finally finished off with an outer jacket called BeiZi 褙子, the most iconic style of jacket during the Song Dynasty. Features an embroidered trim full of blooming flowers.


Materials:

  • Zhuyao 主腰 embroidered tank top - 100% polyester
  • Baidie Qun 百迭裙 100 pleat skirt - 100% polyester
  • Beizi 褙子 long outer jacket with side slits - 100% polyester
  • Petticoat - 100% polyester

Since both styles of skirt is semi-transparent, the petticoat is recommended~

CLEANING INFORMATION

Please hand wash carefully as to not ruin the embroidery, jewels, or buttons. Please air dry the clothes on a hanger. Hand washing and air drying also extends the life of your hanfu. For ironing, please use lowest heat setting or steam out the wrinkles.
