Product Info

For the 1920s bride looking to wear the finest of silks on her special day. This handmade dress is truly one of a kind - dainy embroideries, Qing dynasty inspired bell sleeves and cuffs, and luxurious mulberry silk fabrics. 

The 1920s form of qipao is rather wide, loose, and only slightly tailored. Designed to follow the body, not constrict, making this dress the perfect option for long nights of dancing, eating, and celebrating! 

The looser waistline, lower hems, and lower side slits offer a more sophisticated approach to qipaos compared to their modern counterparts. 

Long bell sleeves are decorated with floral embroidery, of plum and peonies. These flowers are symbols of the Five Blessings. A white contrast cuff trim is a nod to earlier Qing Dynasty dresses, creating a royal aura. 

Light blue piping, light yellow flower buds, slightly contrasting red and blues, this dress enhances its overall color scheme by playing with all the different traditional color combinations. Harmonious in design, this dress is made for someone with a strong and unique sense of style.

The traditional red silk is perfect for weddings, cultural festivals, or just adding a bit of good luck to everyday life. 

 

Recommended to add 2-4cm to your measurements for a comfortable fit.
